B&B Redimix, Inc is a family-owned business with a 50+ year legacy of providing concrete, construction, and trucking services to Northwest Kansas (Phillipsburg, Stockton, and Smith Center).

Up until his passing in April of 2026, our company was guided by the famous father and son duo, Bert and Shane Mongeau. While we deeply feel the loss of our "Boss Man Bert" and "Office Momma Dee," Shane proudly carries on his father's wealth of experience, gritty work-ethic, and down-to-earth customer service approach. Shane's wife, Hannah, now manages the office side of the business with professionalism and precision. All of these things together creates a seamless experience start to finish for our clients and contractors. Our team will not only get the job done quickly and correctly, but will also roll up their sleeves to help and crack a joke while doing so.

Our industries are constantly evolving, and we are too with research, expert advisement and communications, and hands-on educational opportunities provided by World of Concrete each January in Las Vegas.
